The launching of a Science Park is a multi-player process that cannot succeed unless there is good coordination between those players who want to contribute to the success of such a scientific, industrial and societal venture.

Because it is indeed an "adventure” which inevitably involves failures as well as successes, the venture capital industry is the most suitable financial partner together with a dynamic banking industry. Both need to be supported by the Ministry of Finance and its administrations.

It is also a scientific and industrial challenge for universities and industry which have to overcome their natural barriers by cooperating in success. The Ministry of Education and its administrations need to be supportive.

It is finally a societal venture in which authorities at different levels each have to play their part for the benefit of local populations, the national industrial canvas and international cooperation.
